Milt Smith Board Member and Legal Counsel
Milt Smith has been in law practice for 43 years. Milt's
practice specializes in corporate and estate planning and probate. He is
a member of the American Counsel of Trust and Estate Counsel. He and his partner/son Mark will serve as our legal counsel. Milt and his wife Metta have been married for 45 years and have four children,and four grandchildren. Milt and Metta are leaders in a marriage nurturing ministry at University Presbyterian Church, Milt has written an "Ethical Will" which is displayed in our Resource Section.

Bob Scheulen Board Member and "Cranky Environmentalist
Bob is someone who never listened to the "jack of all trades, master of none" advice. Trained as an engineer, he spent 20 years as a programmer and the last 7 as an entrepreneur while learning about ecology, forestry, gardening, environmental activism, green buildings, finance and art.
